The Jewish Theatre thrived in America and the Jewish population adopted their new homeland like no other people and learned to speak English and the Jewish theatre molted into the American Jewish Theatre and Vaudeville. This sheet music had one song: ‘A’ gruss von der heim’ (‘A greeting from the old hometown’).
